They co-founded and share the long-running Backup Brain weblog. They live in California's wine country.

Dori Smith

Dori Smith wrote Java 2 for the WWW: Visual QuickStart Guide, recorded the video titles JavaScript Essential Training and Ajax Essential Training for Lynda.com, and contributes to numerous online and print computer industry magazines. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, she co-founded the Web Standards Project and founded the Wise-Women's Web organization.
